This movie was a typical used car lot movie, not “used cars” with kurt russell. One of the lines is “Is this your signature? Congratulations, you bought a car”

In one scene, a woman posing as a buyer test drives a car, she gets it on with the salesman and tell him to get in the back seat so they can (you know), but she locks the door and steals the car.

In another scene, a customer wouldn’t come in the showroom so they take the desk outside to do numbers.

Anybody remember this movie?
no, neither one. I wish i had more info, this is the movie the guys made me watch when i first got in the business.

It’s been done for demo purposes. I remember seeing a competition of college teams to see who could make the best performing solar car. The bad news is that these are more like bicyles with a shreamlined shell to reduce drag. These are not ready for prime time and even if they were they’d only work where there’s very strong sunlight and then only during the day.

My son’s grandma got him a push car (he is almost 8 months)

He is crawling but not walking yet.

Well, I was not expecting him to be able to use the push-car, I decided to put him on it for fun and to our shock he was able to use it and LOVED it.

He holds the handles and scoots around, he can use it on both carpet and tile. He has been wanting to walk so he loves the fact that this makes him upright and mobile.

I am so glad my mom got it for him, I had no idea they could use it this young. On the box I think it said 12 plus months…

When she told me she was getting it I felt it was too soon but now I am wondering if he would have used it even earlier.

He got one for Christmas last year and he was about 8 1/2 months and was able to ride on it and also push it around(the one we had was with a seat that popped up so he could walk behind).

Hi

I heard that the Black Magic wax was voted #1 by Consumer reports, so maybe you should use that. You could also use a cleaner and a polish first like Meguiar’s before you apply the wax.

I read lots of examples using “walk out of” for occasions of getting out of the vehicles as follows from Internet:

“I was walking around, doing nothing, when this guy walked out of the car.”

“Last week, I walked out of the car, keys in my hand,….”
“As soon as I walked out of the car and breathed in, I saw……”

However, when I looked up several dictionaries for the meaning of “walk out”, all interpreted the term as “to go on strike.”, “to leave in protest”, “to leave a meeting, performance, etc. suddenly, especially to show your disapproval” or something alike.

My question is: is “get off” the most legitimate and formal use for the occasion of getting out of a vehicle? is “walk out of a car” somewhat slang and “modern”? or I should use “get out of” which is the most legitimate?
